  2. It is true that the modern workplace is evolving. However, it is clear that external factors such as conventional inclination towards credentials than skill, social norms and gender discrimination which are deeply rooted in the minds of human beings hinder these developments in organizations.
    Hence, it's vital for the employer to understand the concept clearly with an open mind. It's necessary that the administration is first and foremost prepared to accept and promote modern workplace culture in true sense, rather than as a tool to hike up the share price.
